Initially, participants will collaborate in groups of five to tackle a prompt displayed on the screen, as an integral component of our conversation on management consulting. Following this exercise, Erin Lydon from Poker Power will bridge the concepts of teamwork and collaboration, delving deeper into the roles team members may naturally adopt, such as being assertive, reserved, or daring. She will then connect these dynamics to the world of business and poker, shedding light on how poker can serve as a valuable lens for comprehending these roles, assessing risks, and recognizing their impact on business achievements and success.
